Shipping 

We use Yodel or Royal Mail for most of our parcels. 

Our delivery costs and lead-times are as follows:
UK standard 2 to 4 working days - £3.50 or free over £75
UK express 1 to 2 working days - £4.50
European 4 to 15 working days - £15 or free over £100
Rest of world 4 to 20 working days - £20 or free over £200

On dispatch from us, you will receive an email to tell you your parcel is on its way.
All orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes or duties, which will need to be covered by the recipient.

Packaging

All our orders are dispatched in plastic free compostable mailing bags which can be reused, either for your own postal needs, as a compost bin liner or in your home compost. 

Returns and exchanges

** Currently in our extended return period to allow for Christmas present exchanges or credit notes. All orders from 20th October can be returned up until 30th Jan.

You have 45 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you will be returning some or all of your styles. Please contact us at contact@wildclouds.com to request a return at which point we can confirm all return information including the return address. In order for us to process your refund, credit note or exchange, the goods must be returned back to us in their original packaging. Unfortunately, Wild Clouds cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we advise that you use a tracked or 'signed for' service. This does not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
