Delivery & Returns

Shipping 

We offer delivery to UK and Europe. Orders are shipped on the next working day with delivery then taking usually 2 days, and up to 10 days for Europe.

For delivery outside of Europe please contact us at contact@wildclouds.com.
On dispatch from us, you will receive an email to tell you your parcel is on its way.
All orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes or duties, which will need to be covered by the recipient.

Packaging

Reduce, reuse and recycle, and plastic free - what we stand for hear at wild clouds when it comes to packaging. All our orders are dispatched in compostable mailing bag which can be reused, either for your own postal needs, as a compost bin liner or in your home compost.

Gifts

Please note we do not include an invoice so prices are not seen by your recipient. We do not wrap orders in cellophane bags or use tissue paper and ribbons, as these are often just discarded immediately, but we completely understand for gifting these extra steps are sometimes wanted. If you would like your order gift wrapping please get in touch at contact@wildclouds.com.

Returns and Refunds

We really hope you love your purchase but there may be times when you need to return items back to us. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you will be returning some or all of your styles. Please contact us at contact@wildclouds.com to request a return at which point we can confirm all return information including the return address. In order for us to process your refund, credit note or exchange, the goods must be returned back to us in their original packaging. Unfortunately, Wild Clouds cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we advise that you use a tracked or 'signed for' service. This does not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
