Is your clothing plastic free?
Yes. Our clothing contains no plastic, the buttons and elastic are made with natural materials. Our packaging, including what comes from our UK manufacturer to us directly is plastic free.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and Europe (Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain (including the Canary Islands), Sweden, Isle of Man) For shipping outside of these areas please get in touch at contact@wildclouds.com
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes. Please email contact@wildclouds.com once your order is placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders will arrive in 3 days, but it can take up to 5 days. Once dispatched a tracking number will be shared.
How do I return an item?
Please email contact@wildclouds.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to return within 30 days from receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
How should I care for my clothing?
Unbutton the shirt before washing. Wash inside out. Wash on 30c. Give them a good shake to reduce creases, then air dry.
Can I get help with repairs?
Yes. Our clothing is made and designed to last, but sometimes older clothes need a little love and care; and we'd like to support our customers by helping make repairs to their Wild Clouds easier, please do get in touch if you need spare buttons, fabric or repair advice.
There are neps in my fabric, is that a fault?
We don't think so. Occasionally tiny neps in the darker colours naturally occur during fabric printing which is common with linen type fabrics, we do not consider this a fault when under 2mm as they can only be seen on very close inspection and do not detract from the garments appearance. We hate waste so do not write off this fabric and pay our supplier the same amount as it is an occurrence they cannot control. If you are unhappy with the appearance do get in touch though.
